If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. No waiver of any provision shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term.

We may assign or transfer our rights without restriction. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.
